▪ Do you offer free shipping?
I do! Free US shipping is available for any order over $200 through USPSStandard (5-8 days). If you need an item in a timely manner, I highly recommend using an upgraded service such as USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (2-3 days) which are available at checkout.
▪ What is your return policy?
I will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for all pieces returned in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition. There may be up to a 48 hour delay from when a return is received and when the refund has been accepted and processed. If I feel, for any reason, that the request is not reasonable, if jewelry is damaged or has been improperly used, I will not accept the return.
▪ How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders generally take 2 business days to ship with occasional exceptions, for example pre-orders when timelines are announced. Items that are shipped with USPS usually take 5-8 days unless you select an expedited shipping option at checkout. Kim Zimmerman Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance is available for orders over $500 and I can make a signature required for delivery. Please contact us for these requests.
▪ How do I clean + care for my Kim Zimmerman Jewelry?
I find I like the easiest way possible to keep my jewels clean, so a little dab of toothpaste rubbed over entire piece then rinse with warm water works like magic. Or to bring back its’ original luster use a Sunshine Polishing Cloth, included with your purchase to clean your jewelry. Remember to rinse and dry jewelry after using the cloth, not to transfer any of the residue onto your clothing. For a more detailed explanation, please view How to Clean + Care for your Jewelry.
▪ Are you currently taking custom orders?
No, I am not taking custom orders. Freeing up time for more fun projects, so stay tuned! However, if you have an idea or a way I can improve please share at kimzimmermanjewelry@gmail.com . Inspiration comes in a variety of ways and I am open to all.
▪ I don’t know my ring size?
You can always visit a local jewelry store and asked to be fitted. Another option, you can purchase an adjustable sizer on our website to determine your ring size for any of your fingers. Tighten at the base of your finger to a comfortable and removable fit.
▪ What do I do about damaged or broken jewelry?
Kim Zimmerman Jewelry is carefully made to withstand many years of normal wear and tear. However, if for some reason your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftmanship, I will happily repair it for free within 90 days of purchase. I am not responsible for mistreated, lost, or stolen jewelry. If the jewelry was purchased more than 90 days ago I am still happy to repair it. There might be a small fee, but please be in touch.
