Returns/Exchanges/Repairs
I get it! Sometimes you order something that you just aren’t in love with, or that doesn’t fit quite right. My return policy makes it super easy to deal with this situation. Simply follow these steps within 14 days of purchase:
1. Pack it: Keep the original packaging your item was mailed in- use this to mail it back. Already tossed the box? Please place jewelry in a small box and enclose that in a padded envelope.
2. Drop it off: Visit you local post office, UPS or FedEX store and mail your package to:

I will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt for all pieces returned in their original packaging and in their original, unworn condition. There may be up to a 48-hour delay from when a return is received and when the refund has been accepted and processed. Once the return is accepted, I will fully credit your account, minus shipping fees. If I feel, for any reason, that the request is not reasonable - if the jewelry is damaged or has been improperly used - I will not accept the return. Kim Zimmerman Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry, so please make sure to keep tracking information and insure if necessary.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different item or size? No problem. Simply order your replacement item on the website. If you'd like to wait until the funds from your return hit your account again, no worries. Just remember to order soon, because our handmade jewelry sells out fast!
Repairs
Something broke or is damaged? The jewelry is made to withstand many years of normal wear and tear. However, if for some reason your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftsmanship, I will happily repair it for free within the first year of purchase. We are not responsible for mistreated, lost or stolen jewelry. However, if you need an item repaired still, there may be a small fee, but please be in touch. I want our jewelry to be worn, not sitting unloved in your jewelry box!
